A Whole New World... :D

 You know why I picked that as my title?

Because I love Aladdin. 

It used to be my favorite Disney Princess movie.

[And it came out the year I was born]

 And my wonderful, amazing boyfriend, Cristian,

told me once that I am his princess, his Jasmine.

 And that really made my day.
More than that.

It pretty much made my whole life.

So now I pretty much feel like a princess. Hehe.

My eighteenth birthday is this Monday.

Isn't that crazy?

It's like.. whoa. But still, I'm excited..

Anyway, being eighteen is a pretty strange thing to think about.

Today is Wednesday, June 2, 2010, 

the very day a loved one,

a very important part of my life,
has mysteriously perished while I was driving sometime this morning.

That's right. Let's all have a moment of silence for my small, 

but very beautiful and talented

GPX mp3 player.

I don't know what happened to it,

but somehow, while I wasn't home to guard her,

she got wet, and is no longer functional.
I remember when she used to tell me "hello" when I pushed her little button. 

Good times, now only a memory,

a memory of a time of music, joy and laughter, passed by with her passing.

Okay. No more of this sadness.

Let's focus on something positive!!!

I'M A FLIPPING SENIOR!!

As of last Thursday, summer vacation began,

as my Junior year of high school came to a close,

making this my last summer in high school,

and making me

A FLIPPING SENIOR!

In all caps, and all big, just like that.

Yeah. (:

Also, I got Beatles stuff to talk about! (:

On July 13, 

PAUL MCCARTNEY

is coming to concert. 

Hopefully, I will have a job soon,

so I can get enough money to buy three tickets.

(What? You think I'm going alone? Pft. No way.

I gotta find two people who'd want to go with me.

Any takers?)

[And don't worry, DAD, I'll ask permission if I get the money]

And ANOTHER Beatles thing...

There's a movie coming out this year called

Nowhere Boy

that's about a certain JOHN LENNON.

It's going into theaters October 8.

That's EIGHT DAYS before my birthday.

So I think, for my eighteenth birthday,

I will ask my family for two or more tickets

to the midnight release.

(because , AGAIN, I won't go alone.)

Baby, It's Cold Outside...

Yep. It's snowing. In October.
Ugh.
Iiiiiiiiiiiii hate snow.

On the plus side, however, my 16th birthday is coming up, on Saturday.
That's always good news, right?
(As long as it doesn't snow.)
And each coming day is closer to opening night of the musical our school is doing this year, Cinderella's Glass Slipper. I'm the mouse. That's pretty exciting.
Which reminds me, I should be practicing my dance. Oh well, I've pretty much got it down.
I finally got my learner's permit! That means I get my license this April. It's kind of a long wait, but that's okay. I don't really care.
Driving isn't going to be my favorite feat. I'll drive only when I need to; you know, to conserve our world's natural resources.
For Halloween this year, I'm going to be Chuck!

It was Erika's idea. That child is a genius, I tell you.
I just saw a preview commercial for yet another James Bond (007) movie.
I though they were done making those.
Guess I was wrong.

I'm going to try to update this more,
since I haven't got much else to do.
